Incredible Trail India ("we", "us") operates this website and arranges travel experiences, mainly in India's Golden Triangle (Delhi, Agra and Jaipur). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2Information we collect #

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you write.
• Account: your name, your email address and/or phone number, and your password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, so we cannot read them.
• Technical: the IP address from which a contact form is sent, used to prevent spam and abuse, and a cookie that keeps you logged in (see Cookies).

3How we use your information #

• To reply to your enquiries and plan or confirm your trip.
• To create and secure your account and let you log in.
• To protect the website from spam, fraud and misuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

4Cookies #

We use one essential cookie that keeps you logged in for up to 7 days. It cannot be read by scripts on the page and is removed when you log out. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or similar tools in future, we will update this policy.

5Where your information is stored and who handles it #

Your information is stored with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in data centres in Mumbai, India. We may also use AWS email services to notify our team of new enquiries. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

We do not sell your personal information. Because we are based in India, information from visitors in other countries, including Japan, is transferred to and processed in India. By using the website you understand this transfer.

6How long we keep it #

We keep enquiries and account information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services and meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your rights).

7Security #

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8Your rights #

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply (for example India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the EU GDPR or Japan's APPI), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, email support@ititour.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9Children #

This website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
